These terms govern your use of Lulloon. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Lulloon.
Who can use Lulloon
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose stories you create. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your login secure.What we provide
Lulloon generates personalized, AI-written and AI-illustrated bedtime stories based on the details you provide, and delivers them by email on the schedule you choose. Stories are reimaginings of classic public-domain tales with your child as the hero. Because stories are generated by AI, they may occasionally contain mistakes or imperfect phrasing; we encourage you to read each story before sharing it with your child.Free trial and billing
- New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged the then-current monthly price.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate for children, by reselling stories, or by interfering with the service’s operation or security.Content and ownership
For your personal, non-commercial family use, you may read, save, and print the stories we generate for your child. The underlying classic tales are in the public domain. The Lulloon name, brand, software, and house illustration style remain ours. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and confirm you have the right to provide them.Service availability
We work hard to deliver a new story every night, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Generation depends on third-party AI providers and may occasionally be delayed; when a paid story is late, we keep retrying and deliver it as soon as it is ready.Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lulloon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service from time to time; material changes will be communicated to you. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Lulloon and close your account at any time.Contact us
